So the other day I'm minding my own business watering my basil-Something looks a little strange, so I take a closer look- and see this!

Why hello little friend! It's so unexpected since I live smack dab in the middle of the city and the closest green space is three blocks away. This lil dude wanted some basil I guess =)

i'm a survivor

Just thought I'd let you know I survived Artscape! Whew! that was BRUTAL! Here is a image to help you understand what it felt like for three days. Pretty darn hot. On a lighter note I was glad to be a part of Artscape again this year. I did have a good time (in the crazy heat) seeing old friends, making new ones, selling some sweet jewelry, and will be there next year to do it all over again. =)

It would be great if JUST ONCE Artscape would feel like this:

Artscape is right around the corner! (July 18-20- that's next weekend) Check out my table in the D.I.Y. section. I believe it is over by the DJ culture stage, so I'm hoping we'll be able to jam out while were chillin' in the booth.
